Second concept direction incurs thirty percent additional fee unless scope error on our side.
Selected concept locks plans, sections, elevations, and lighting scenes. Coordination slots with MEP and structural consultants are listed as client appointments.
Two revision rounds included; further changes billed at day rates published in pricing.
We prepare outline specifications for contractor pricing—not construction administration by default. Clarification meetings up to two sessions are included.
Contractor selection remains client authority. We do not hold construction contracts.
Final package includes drawing set PDF, finish schedule, and fixture intent schedule. Operator training on lighting scenes is a two-hour walkthrough optional module.
