Avvolintim is a Bologna-based design studio producing restaurant interior concepts only—we do not operate dining venues or sell food service. Our work spans layout, atmosphere, and brand integration for independent restaurateurs and hospitality developers.
Concept packages give investors visual and spatial clarity before committing to construction contracts. Every deliverable is labelled as design intent, not operational guarantee.
We work from Via dell'Indipendenza 62, surrounded by Emilia-Romagna material suppliers and lighting ateliers. Regional craft informs our palette without nostalgic pastiche.
Client meetings use physical material boards and 1:50 plan prints alongside digital models. English is our project lingua franca for international backers.
Dining layout, kitchen flow concepts, bar design, lighting atmosphere, and brand integration form a cohesive concept phase. We stop at coordinated design documentation—not contractor supervision unless separately engaged.
Pricing is in EUR with phased fees aligned to investor milestones. Typical concept timelines run eight to twelve weeks.
Restaurants are choreographed sequences: arrival, wait, dine, depart. We design those sequences spatially without prescribing menus or staffing models.
Acoustic comfort and sight-line privacy matter as much as Instagram moments. Concepts must function on Tuesday lunch as well as Saturday dinner.
